Description
The Guardian Poultry Cutter combines 3D Vision Technology and contact sensing to prevent hand injuries during manual cutting. Traditional disk cutters expose operators to razor sharp blades—Guardian stops the blade before contact occurs.
Some plants stopped using poultry cutters because of injury risk. Without manual cutting, out-of-spec birds get downgraded rather than salvaged as premium cuts. Guardian makes poultry cutters safe again, so you can make the most of every bird.
